The following list identifies the legendary "class of 2006" wonderkids based on their in-game potential and impact. Elite Tier Wonderkids
- Simon Vukcevic (Partizan / Serbia): An attacking midfielder/winger with incredible dribbling and flair. Buy him immediately.
- Moussa Dembélé (AJ Auxerre / France): Not to be confused with the Barcelona player, this Dembélé was a striker. He was incredibly cheap and became a physical beast upfront.
- Andrea Dossena (Hellas Verona / Italy): An attacking left-back who was very cheap and provided double-digit assists every season.
- Samuel Eto'o (Barcelona): While not a "kid" (age 24/25 at start), he was in his absolute prime. However, for a wonderkid striker backup, look at Bojan Krkić (Barcelona B) or Karim Benzema (Lyon).
