Card Types
Unlike modern digital games where cards are earned through packs, Power of Chaos used a duel-grind system. Each victory against the AI (Joey, Mai Valentine, or Seto Kaiba as hidden bosses) awarded a single new card at random. However, the pool of "all cards" extended beyond the starting roster. Three powerful promotional cards—Red-Eyes Black Chick, Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon, and Metalmorph—were exclusive to players who purchased the physical Joey starter deck (or used a save file from Kaiba the Revenge). Without these, 100% completion was impossible. yu-gi-oh power of chaos joey the passion all cards
Decks & AI: Joey utilizes a variety of archetypal decks including Gamble, Insect, Water, and Destiny Board. As you win, the AI difficulty increases from 1 to 9 stars, with higher levels allowing Joey to use more advanced decks like Exodia, Thunder Dragons, and Machines.
