The Loader: YL-108
Most CT118s are sold with the Yanmar YL-108 front end loader.
PTO Operation:
- Engage only at idle (1000–1200 rpm).
- Use PTO lever (left of seat) to engage mid or rear PTO.
- Increase engine throttle to 540 PTO rpm (usually ~2600 engine rpm – check decal on dash).
- Setup: Connect the driveshaft to the Rear PTO. Ensure the PTO safety shield is in place.
