Xerox Print and Scan Experience — Offline Installer
Overview
Xerox Print and Scan Experience is a desktop application that provides printing, scanning, and device management features for Xerox and some non-Xerox devices. An offline installer is a standalone package you download once and use to install the software on machines without an active internet connection or through managed deployment tools.

- Type your printer model in the search box → Select it.
4. Avoid the Microsoft Store Version (Forced Online)
If you see a link to Microsoft Store, that version requires an online account and always downloads components on-demand.

Pre-configuration and automation
- Use the provided XML/JSON templates to predefine default printer discovery, paper handling options, scan destinations, and authentication settings.
- Embed license keys or enrollment tokens in secure deployment pipelines or use post-install scripts to register devices with management servers.
- Use Windows Group Policy, SCCM/Intune, JAMF, or similar tools to schedule staged rollouts and rollback if needed.
- Set environment variables or registry entries during installation for network discovery behavior and telemetry opt-outs (if permitted).
