This is a very common and frustrating error for ASUS laptop and PC users. It usually occurs during Windows startup or shutdown.

Option 3: Minimalist (For status bar or system tray)

1. Press Win + R, type regedit, press Enter.
2. Navigate to:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
3. In the right pane, double-click ServicesPipeTimeout.

   Standard uninstallation often leaves behind Registry keys that cause the "busy" error to persist in the new installation. This is a very common and frustrating error
