Here is everything you need to know, from the standard steps to "hacks" for a smoother experience.

After login, family members can switch profiles (Kids, Adults, Senior Citizens) — each with their own watch history, parental controls, and language preferences.

Smart TV / set-top activation

On TV, open Sun NXT → go to Settings → Login/Activate.
If the TV shows an activation prompt requiring prior setup, sign in first on the web or mobile with your account (see above). Then sign in on the TV using the same credentials.
