Overview
Strip Rock–Paper–Scissors (RPS) — Ghost Edition is a two-player elimination-style variant blending classic RPS with bluffing and a "ghost" mechanic that can rescue players. Objective: be the last player with at least one clothing item remaining. Players lose clothing items when they lose rounds; the ghost can override outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Clothing as stakes (each player starts with 5–7 removable items: shoes, socks, accessories, shirt, pants, etc.)
- A “Ghost Die” (optional, see Ghost Moves)
- Score sheet (to track lost items)
- Dim lighting / spooky music (for atmosphere)
The Final Top is the tactical peak of the game. Once a player is down to their base shirt or camisole:
- Player Anonymity: Players compete under pseudonyms or anonymous usernames, adding an extra layer of excitement and mystery to the game.
- Strip Element: Instead of the traditional "rock-paper-scissors" sequence, players start with a set of virtual "clothing items." As they lose rounds, they have to "remove" these items, gradually revealing their digital avatar.
- Ghost Edition Twist: The game features a "ghost" element, where players can choose to play as a "ghost" - a hidden, AI-powered opponent that can be activated at random intervals. When a ghost is played, the game becomes a single-player experience, where the human player competes against the AI.
- Fina Top Format: The game is structured as a single-elimination tournament, where players compete in best-of-three matches. Winners advance to the next round, while losers are eliminated.
