Troubleshooting Guides
- Daily/weekly: door operation, alarm, lights, emergency communication
- Monthly: brake adjustment, governor overspeed test, guide-rail lubrication, door roller inspection
- Quarterly/annual: motor brush inspection, winding-resistance checks, complete safety gear test, renewal of worn parts
- Recommended lubrication points and intervals
- Install gauge at test port on the manifold block.
- Run car to top floor with 125% rated load (test weights).
- Locate the pressure relief valve (adjacent to the main flow control).
- Turn the adjusting screw clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease.
- Target pressure = (Full load pressure + 400 PSI). Example: If full load pressure is 900 PSI, set relief to 1300 PSI.
- Cycle car 3 times, re-check.
