To be clear, there is no official version of Resident Evil Village for the PSP or the PPSSPP emulator. 

Frame Control: Turn off Frame Skipping for the smoothest experience. If the game lags, set it to Auto or an odd number like 1 or 3. Resident Evil Village Ppsspp

• D-Pad: Move Character.
• Left Stick (Analog): Move Camera (if enabled in settings).
• Square / Triangle / Circle / Cross: Action commands (Shoot, Reload, Knife, Run).
• R Button: Aim Weapon.
• L Button: Quick Turn or Item Menu.
