1. Download the Zadig driver utility (official site: zadig.akeo.ie).
2. Plug the Minipro 671 into a USB 2.0 port (avoid USB 3.0 for first-time setup).
3. Open Zadig → Options → List All Devices.
4. Select “Minipro 671” or “TL866II Plus” from the dropdown.
