Microstation V8i: Windows 11

MicroStation V8i is not officially supported or certified for Windows 11. Bentley Systems officially ended support for the V8i series as of January 1, 2022, and recommends upgrading to MicroStation CONNECT Edition or MicroStation 2023 for full compatibility.

Fix: Manually enable .NET 3.5 through Windows Features (search "Turn Windows features on or off" in the Start menu) before running the V8i installer. microstation v8i windows 11

• Navigate to C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation V8i\MicroStation\
• Right-click ustation.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings.
• Check "Override high DPI scaling behavior."
• Scaling performed by: System (Enhanced) .
