"Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order" follows the heroes as they battle Thanos and his Black Order (Proxima Midnight, Corvus Glaive, Ebony Maw, Cull Obsidian) to collect the Infinity Stones. The story begins with the heroes trying to prevent Thanos from assembling all six stones. Along the way, they clash with supervillains like Ultron, Kingpin, and Green Goblin, while also facing the corrupted heroes under the influence of the stones. The plot escalates to a confrontation with Thanos, but later reveals a greater threat: celestial being and Thanos’s ancestor, The Fallen (an original creation for the game). With the help of the reformed Black Order and cosmic entities, the heroes must stop The Fallen from wiping out all life. The story includes characters from the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, X-Men, Defenders, and more, culminating in a final battle to restore balance.
