The Future of the Index
As of 2025, the index of James Bond movies ends with No Time to Die (2021). The franchise is currently in a state of "reboot limbo." Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli are actively searching for the next 007 to carry the franchise forward. No official release date for Bond 26 has been set, but it is expected to be a complete reset, potentially with a younger Bond or a period setting.
