Horizon is a third-party PC application designed to manage, modify, and transfer game saves, profiles, and content for the Xbox 360. It is widely used for save editing (modding) , re-signing game saves to different profiles, extracting game assets, and managing USB storage devices formatted for Xbox 360.

It was also notorious for Gamerscore modification. Users could unlock thousands of Achievement points instantly. Borderlands 2: Give yourself infinite Golden Keys or maxed-out skill points.
