The Goldcut JK Series vinyl cutters are legacy machines often distributed by USCutter. While the manufacturer no longer actively supports these models, you can still find the necessary drivers and setup instructions through community archives and third-party software guides.  💿 Driver Download & Installation 

• Solution: If you are using a USB-to-Serial adapter, ensure its drivers are also installed. Try unplugging the USB and plugging it into a different port. Sometimes, restarting the Production Manager software while the cutter is turned on fixes the connection.

Where to Find Legacy Firmware (Not Just Drivers)

In the manufacturer list, select HP.

In the printers list, scroll to HP DesignJet 750C Plus.

Click Next > Use the default driver name > Next.

Select Do not share this printer > Finish.

• Wrong scaling: A 10-inch box cuts as 3 inches.
• Incorrect origin: The blade starts cutting off the vinyl.
• Communication timeouts: The plotter receives half the file and stops.
• Missing control panels: You lose manual knife force and speed adjustments.
