Introduction

Power & backup

• Primary power from included adapter; do not use incompatible adapters.
• Some units include a battery backup (usually button cell) to retain time/settings during power loss—replace battery annually or as needed. If no backup, time resets when unplugged.

7. Important Notes

• Glass cleaning: Do not spray cleaner directly on the mirror. Spray onto a microfiber cloth first.
• Water resistance: The front is splash-proof; the back electronics are not. Do not hang in a shower spray zone.
• Power: Use the included USB cable. A weak adapter (under 1A) will cause the display to flicker when bright.

Safety & placement

• Power: Use only the supplied adapter or equivalent rated output (check label on the unit).
• Placement: Mount on a dry, stable wall or place on a flat surface. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity (bathrooms with heavy steam).
• Cleaning: Wipe mirror surface with a soft, lint-free cloth and mild glass cleaner; do not spray liquid directly onto the clock.
