Goal

Provide a single-click, user-friendly feature that detects, diagnoses, and repairs problems with HIDClass (Human Interface Device) driver 10010 devices on Acer systems, while offering safe rollback and reporting.

Roll Back the Driver: Open Device Manager, find "Mice and other pointing devices," right-click your device, select Properties, and click Roll Back Driver if available. Feature: "Acer HIDClass 10010 Full" — Unified HID

1. Go to the Acer Drivers and Manuals website.
2. Enter your Serial Number or SNID (usually found on a sticker on the bottom of your laptop).
3. Navigate to the Drivers & Downloads tab.
4. Look for the Applications category.
5. Download and install Acer Quick Access or Acer Launch Manager.
